Joe Cave Personal Training offers private 1-2-1 sessions from an exclusive Brighton City Centre Studio.
With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, training with me at my Private Studio offers you the opportunity to gain expert knowledge in all things exercise and diet related.
You will receive measured results of your progress from day one and receive positive encouragement to push yourself hard enough to reach your goal.
I take my profession seriously and I'm looking for men & women who are serious about getting results, so if you are finally ready to take that step towards a fitter healthier body then ask yourself the following questions before getting in touch.
Are you going to make the time to exercise? Government guidelines advise 150 minutes per week
Are you willing to change your diet? You cannot achieve results without monitoring your diet
Do you have the financial capability to invest in Personal Training? To reach your goal you may need several months of training

If you're planning to exercise only through Personal Training then I advise a minimum of 2 sessions per week, ideally 3 if you can find the time and the money.
I don't offer Personal Training to those looking to train 1 hour per week so your minimum number of sessions would be
2 per week.
Of course! There is a saying 'You can't out-train a bad diet' and that is exactly right. If you finish your training session and spend the rest of the day eating the wrong foods...you will not progress. I give advice based on eating healthy, natural, unprocessed foods that fuel your body to burn fat and give you more energy.
No fad diets like drinking a shake instead of a meal, just sensible and smart guidance of how to eat healthy long term.
The training will take place at either my private fitness studio on Dyke Road, Brighton or at your own home should you have room to accomodate the training.
The studio has excellent facilities and the latest in functional equipment designed to offer you a workout in an environment dedicated to exercise and fitness.
I can bring some lightweight equipment to a home session and can also use any equipment provided by the client.
Yes. Believe it or not you can actually qualify as a Personal Trainer in as little as 6 weeks!
Due to this the market has been flooded with many inexperienced Personal Trainers who thought that working in a gym and counting reps seemed like an easy way to make £40.
I spent years working out before I even considered becoming a Professional Fitness Trainer and I spent a few years studying on the course to ensure I was the right person for the job.
I've been working as a Personal Trainer for over 6 years and I've had a passion for exercise for my entire adult life.
I have trained hundreds of clients from all walks of life.
Yes. I gained my Level 3 Personal Trainer certificate through the YMCA Fit and then completed further qualifications to become a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer (most trainers are only Level 3 qualified).
I'm registered with REPS, the registration of exercise professionals you can check my qualifications on their website membership number R0099746.
Just like a visit to your hairstylist or your most recent meal out the higher the quality the higher the price. Due to my years of experience, facilities on offer, qualifications and ability to achieve results I'm one of the best Personal Trainers in Brighton.
I would advise you not to shop on price, although you could save £5 training with someone less experienced you risk not achieving results which in the end will cost you more.
I offer 100% money back guarantee, achieve results or get a full refund!
