Yes. I gained my Level 3 Personal Trainer certificate through the YMCA Fit and then completed further qualifications to become a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer (most trainers are only Level 3 qualified). I'm registered with REPS, the registration of exercise professionals and consider myself an experienced Personal Trainer with a wealth of knowledge.
Of course! There is a saying 'You can't out-train a bad diet' and this is 100% true. If you finish your training session and go straight to McDonalds...you will not progress. So I give advice based on eating healthy, natural, unprocessed foods that fuel your body to burn fat and give you more energy. No fad diets like drinking a shake instead of a meal, just sensible and smart guidance of how to eat healthy long term.
This varies between individual budgets, time constraints and specific goals however most people benefit from a regular session of 1-2 times per week.
The training will take place at either my private fitness studio on Dyke Road, Brighton or at your own home should you have room to accomodate the training. The studio has excellent facilities and the latest in functional equipment designed to offer you a workout in an environment dedicated to exercise and fitness. I can bring some lightweight equipment to a home session and can also use any equipment provided by the client.
