Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer
I first started going to the gym about 10 years ago and I decided to become a Personal Trainer in the year 2012 when some friends and family had started to ask me for health and fitness tips after seeing my results from working out.
I qualified through the YMCA Fit and started my first role at a Large Gym in Brighton where I provided gym coaching to paying clients to improve their workouts and help push them harder.
After more than 2 years of working from a gym I decided to branch out and in June 2015 I started work as a Freelance Personal Trainer at a smaller Personal Training Studio & Gym on London Road. Training clients from a Personal Training Studio was a different approach but one both me and my clients preferred as it is an environment tailored to suit Personal Training Sessions without the distractions of a gym full of members.
After more than 2 years of being the busiest Trainer working out of that Studio I decided it was time to take another step and create my own private workout Studio in Seven Dials that was a space designed exclusively for the client.
Opening my own Studio has been a great move as I can now offer training to those who may be concerned about exercising in front of other people.
There are also no distractions and no limitations as all the equipment is ready to use and there are no interruptions from the training.
I've also improved my knowledge over the last few years and completed additional training. As you will see below I've studied many fitness qualifications and I'm one of only a few Level 4 Trainers in Brighton.
I've first achieved the industry standard in Level 3 Personal Training and then proceeded to take my qualifications further, I'm now a Level 4 Personal Trainer with all my additional training and qualifications:
